Maxion İnci Steel has been producing sheet metal wheels for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles since 1992. Maxion İnci Steel is the only sheet metal wheel factory in the world that can produce for automobiles and light commercial vehicles with the product variety and technical feasibility offered to the market under a single roof. Maxion İnci Steel has an annual production capacity of 5 million wheels. Maxion İnci Aluminum produces aluminum wheels for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles with two factories and a logistics center established in 2006 and then in 2012. Maxion İnci Aluminum has an annual production capacity of 4.5 million wheels. The investment for the aluminum truck wheel production factory, a first in Turkey, is ongoing.

Maxion Jantaş has been producing sheet metal wheels for commercial and heavy-duty vehicles since 1968. With its lightweight, environmentally friendly, sustainable and strong wheel options, it is the leader in the sector in the production of wheels for commercial and heavy vehicles in our country. Maxion Jantaş has an annual production capacity of 3 million wheels with its second factory, which was commissioned at the end of 2022 and equipped with smart technologies.

Founded in 1952 by Cevdet İnci, İncitaş is the first company to form the foundation of İnci Holding. İncitaş has built its strategies that will shape its future on "Products that Capture the Future". Today, İncitaş carries out sales and marketing activities in Turkey for Maxion Jantaş and Alcar branded wheels; Outdo and Fiamm branded products for batteries, especially for storing electricity generated from solar energy and for marine use; Ecoflow and Zendure branded mobile energy storage units for camping, caravanning and outdoor use; GoodWe storage solutions for the solar industry and Tsun microinverter products.

Founded in 1998 as a subsidiary of İnci Holding, İnci Logistics provided domestic and international logistics options, supply chain solutions and supply chain consultancy services. Global logistics company Yusen Logistics started its operations in Turkey as Yusen Logistics Turkey on October 1, 2012. Yusen Logistics Turkey (YLTR) and İnci Logistics, a subsidiary of İnci Holding, joined forces in April 2017 under the name Yusen İnci Logistics and Trade Inc. This merger has created a new and strong alternative for customers who demand quality logistics and value-added services in the rapidly growing Turkish market. ISM Minibar was established in Manisa in 1986 and joined İNCİ HOLDİNG in May 2000. It is a global company exporting 70% of its products to more than 57 countries in 5 continents. ISM, a pioneer in the absorption cooling system, has developed the Peltier minibar, which is environmentally friendly, 0 dB and much lower energy consumption as of 2011. ISM Minibar has Quality and Management Systems, Environmental Management System, OHS Management Systems certificates and TUV GS, TUV CB, SGS G-Mark, EAC, ROHS, UL product certificates.

Vinci is a venture capital firm that started its operations in the last quarter of 2018. It invests in early-stage technology companies in the fields of mobility, supply chain, energy management/storage and industry 4.0, primarily in Turkey, Germany and the UK.Vinci, in which İnci Holding is a strategic investor, aims to add value to the companies in its portfolio as a true strategic partner with its corporate resources and industrial experience.

AzKarbon, which set out with the mission of being a shopping website aiming to reduce the carbon emissions of all products and services from A to Z, was established within İncitaş. In 2022, it was incorporated and took its place among İnci Holding companies.

Founded in 2018, Singapore-located VFlow Tech produces vanadium redox flow batteries. VFlow's batteries are suitable for various applications such as microgrids with long-term storage need, renewable energy systems, grid balancing and EV charging complexes. The company produces an environmentally friendly and scalable energy storage technology with a 20-25 years lifespan and can store 4 hours or more. This technology provides improved safety compared to competing technologies, as it ensures there is no burn and no leakage. VFlow is able to operate in very high temperatures, offering a solution to the most critical problem of flow batteries. The company develops various projects with global companies in Asia, Africa and Australia markets. In December 2022, İnci Holding joined the company as a shareholder & signed a business development agreement for Turkish market. Under this agreement, the companies jointly explore all types of business development opportunities such as project development, production, sales and distribution, and maintenance services in Turkey.
