İnci Academy, which was established as a social enterprise in 2012 to provide qualified training to industrial organizations and private sector employees of the Aegean Region, continues to work toward its mission of serving as a lifelong learning and development tool by bringing the business world together with high-quality training opportunities under its roof.
The main course titles in the Academy are listed as "Digital Transformation, Leadership and Competence Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Organizational Development" and especially technical expertise programs for the automotive industry and can present the emerging content with national and international alternatives.
İnci Holding has been implementing the "Young İnci Program" for many years to support new graduates to take their first firm steps in business life, which support their journey with full-time work programs in different roles within group companies.

The main purpose of the internship system implemented at İnci Holding is to provide internship opportunities to the most competent and successful students at universities, colleges, technical high schools, industrial vocational high schools, etc. in the organizations of the Holding, to monitor their performances during internship and add the students with outstanding performance to our organizations once they graduate.
Companies providing internship opportunities within İnci Holding are mainly located and operate in the Manisa Organized Industrial Zone. We provide commuter service and meal vouchers to interns.
We accept internship applications between April and May every year.
