İnci Holding which serves Turkish economy and development with its 66 years of experience has assigned Zeki Ozan Şafak as new member of Executive Board responsible of execution.

Zeki Şafak Ozan, who has experience of 27 years in business life, has been assigned as member of Executive Board responsible of execution as of date November 2018 in İnc Holding which continues to strenghten its organizataion in line with its strategic objectives.

Graduated from Istanbul University Business Administration Faculty, Ozan started his career as analyst at Türk Ekonomi Bankası in 1991. He participated Eczacıbaşı Group in 1992, where he held various executive positions for 24 years. Ozan, who served as Commercial Director in VitrA UK, the company of Eczacıbaşı Group in UK in 1992-1994, stayed in Germany in 1994-2008 as the investment responsible of the Group in Central Europe. In this country, Ozan first undertook the position of Commercial Director in VitrA Bad Company which was in charge of sales and marketing activities of the Group and in 1996 he became Director General of such company. Ozan, who served as Director General of VitrA Bad Company for 12 years, played keyrole of purchase and integration processes of “Engers Keramik”, Villeroy&Boch Fliesen” and leading bath furniture manufacturer of Europe “Burgbad”, which all composed the milestones of growth of Eczacıbaşı Construction Products Group at international markets. Between 2006-2008, together with Director General of VitrA Bad, Ozan took place at Executive and Inspection boards of Engers Keramik and Villeroy&Boch Fliesen companies. In the same period, he also undertook the mission of president of the European Turkish Businessman Association and took part in “Consulting Board of Citiens living Abroad”. Ozan came back to Turkey in 2008 to be Gneral Director of VitrA Karo A.Ş which is the main company to undertake purchases and stayed in this position until 2013. Ozan served as vice President of Eczacıbaşı Construction Products Group between 2013-2016 and then became member of executive board and CEO of Kale Endüstrisi Holding.

Zeki Şafak Ozan who knows English and German is married and has two daughters.
